Please signup for this event.</p><p>Roland Paris is University Research Chair in International Security and Governance at the University of Ottawa. He has won the Grawemeyer Award for Ideas Improving World Order, and six awards for teaching and public service.<br>In addition to his scholarly work, Paris has held several positions in government, most recently as Senior Advisor on Global Affairs and Defense to the Prime Minister of Canada, and previously in the Privy Council (Cabinet) Office and Canadian foreign ministry. </p><p><!--break--></p>
