She is also an independent consultant on gender issues, education,health, and conflict resolution/peace agreement in Indigenous communities.Dr Aboubakrine is an international speaker and author of articles on issues as diverse as the right to health,culture or Indigenous languages.<br><!--break--></p><p>	 </p>
